No matter the manner of death the loss is tragic, but when a child dies at the hands of a caregiver the vileness is overwhelming.
Last Friday, I told you about Alissa Guernsey. A beautiful baby girl who was beaten to death while strapped in her carseat. This baby girl has yet to receive justice. Her murder is walking free, simply because she knew the prosecutor and judge. Will Christy Shaffer ever pay for what she's done?

This week I'd like to tell you about Kiera Lynn Taylor
On February 18, 2009 3 year old Kiera died of blunt force trauma to the head. She was at her fathers home at the time of her fatal injury, there were several adults in the home, although at the time she was taken to the hospital her father was at work. Her death ruled a homicide. I cannot find much information on the case, but that doesn't mean you can't help get her justice. Far to often investigators put cases on the back burner, and hope something falls in their laps. A CHILD MURDER CASE SHOULD NEVER BE PUT OFF UNTIL LATER!! No arrests have been made yet. Please help this family fight for justice for Kiera.
